very unprofessional company, they advertise that drivers all have uniforms, untrue, what they have on is grey trousers, navy jacket, open tie, no hat or gloves, very scruffy, we were told we had the owner. Would not recommend this company

To your unaddvantage, you have let the party i was a part of down, you had a bookig for a pick up , and return journy. The pick up was great, and the driver , even stopped , on a request for a brake. But the return journy , never happened. I and the party i was traveling with, had to stood on the london eye pavement , waiting for hour the return journy , that never showed , so apart from the phone calls , that you said you would return , the contract , emails to confirm our booking. AFTER 2 HOURS OF US RINGING YOU , you finally told us to get cabs home , which you would pay for . Why should we ??? I work in publishing, and trust me , a full refund , and compasation , is needed here , we are in a resecion, and noone can afford eleven people, after they have paid the amount that was paid, to be exspected as you addvised , to get a taxi home. Word of mouth is the best kind of publicity, get back to me by monday , i hope , with a good excuse . If not bad "word of mouth" may hit your company , more than u can deal with.

I used your limo hire in april for my wedding anniversary. It was fantastic and I'm hoping to hire you again for my birthday if poss so I will definitely use you again.

We have used Avon Limos a couple of times for a birthday and trip to Ascot, and every time Andy and his team has pulled out all the stops to make our trip special. Would reccomend them to anyone.
